I became a Project Management Professional because great ideas deserve thoughtful planning and follow-through.
Then, I became certified in healthcare information and management systems because I wanted to understand how large, complex systems really work.
2024
I taught myself to build websites and apps because I wanted to make my colleagues' lives easier.
2020
I joined the University of Rochester Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology as their inaugural Education Specialist because I wanted to get back to the graduate medical education world
2019
I worked through the CDC to plan educational initiatives addressing public health emergencies across multiple states.
2018

I spent a year in AmeriCorps, serving in a federally qualified health center

I graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor's in Communication Sciences and Disorders
I know what it's like to bring something different to the table and struggle to find the words to describe exactly what you do.
Because you're not like everyone else.
You don't just have a job. You have something irreplaceable.
Your work is a unique blend of expertise, experience, perspective, and personality.
So is mine.
That's why I don't start by asking what software you use or what kind of website you need.
I start by understanding what makes your work different.
Everything else we build grows from there.
But even though my path has been a bit curvy, it actually makes perfect sense.
Because I'm more than the sum of my degrees.
And I'm guessing you are, too.

I earned a Master's degree in Medical Humanities, Compassionate Care, and Bioethics because I believe medicine should be as compassionate as it is evidence-based.
I started residency in Family Medicine, but realized clinical practice was just not for me. Pivot time.
2016
I got a medical degree because I wanted to help people. I love science, and I grew up admiring my mom, an ObGyn.
I helped educate healthcare professionals across New York about HIV prevention.

I’m a self-confessed nerd. If one of the many books doesn’t have me hooked, you might find me taking apart a watch just to see if I can put it back together.
I’m going to level with you...because we’re best friends now. I’ve read about twenty percent of the books on my shelf. But does that stop me from beelining to that new independent book store? No, no it does not.
The #1 watch on my bucket list is the JLC Reverso, followed by the Nomos Metro
Crosswords. British murder mysteries. Sherlock Holmes reboots. You get the idea. I love figuring things out.
On a typical weekend, you'll find me with a guitar or camera in my hand. And if you see me at a wedding, I'll be the first one on the dance floor, and then the first one to bed. I LOVE sleep.
