* Even if Self-Promotion Makes Your Palms Sweaty
Because good work doesn’t need gimmicks.
It just needs to be easy to find, understand, and trust.
haven't found the exact right words
don’t want to come off as cocky or look like a goober
know your website should being doing more for you
think tech is scary or tech speak is boring
are still trying to talk yourself out of having a website
I’m not a natural self-marketer, either.
I’d much rather be your hype man.
Fortunately, I’m a pretty great hype man.
So if you:
you've come to the right place.
I can't wait to shine a light on your good work.
HYPE MAN, educator, and digital strategist
You can call me Ky
Hi, I'm Kyan Lynch
Based in Rochester, NY, but partnering with businesses wherever there’s wifi.
I'm not a natural self-marketer, either.
I'd much rather be your hype man.
And fortunately for both of us, I'm a really great hype man.
So if you:
you've come to the right place.
I can't wait to shine a light on your good work.
Hiring someone to build your website is the kind of thing that sounds better when it’s planned for months from now.
Everyone’s throwing around the same acronyms, the prices are all over the place, and mostly you’re just hoping to find a real human being who knows what they’re doing and actually wants you to succeed.
Before I think about design or copy, I start asking questions.
What makes you different? Who are you trying to reach? What are you really hoping to accomplish?
If you do something a little off the beaten path, even better. I love learning about cool corners of the world I didn’t know existed.
I’ll keep asking questions until we’re speaking the same language.
Then we’ll build the website only you could have, and one you’ll be proud to share.
Before I do anything else, I learn how your work works.
Working with Ky helped to streamline my business. He was able to see areas that needed work. Not only that, he could take those areas and improve them. He made things seem simple, explained them to me in such a great way, and showed me what I had to offer to my clients. I would recommend his services to anyone who needs that extra boost to really allow their business to shine! Thanks Ky!

Here's what the right website can do for you:
Build
Copy
Design
Strategy
It’s actually pretty simple.
You won't be handed from person to person, repeating yourself at every stage.
You’ll work with one human who listens closely, learns how your work works, chooses the tools that fit you best, stays with the project from strategy through build, and makes sure you feel confident managing your site when my work is done.
Just you and me from start to finish.
OK, but why me?
No handoffs. No dropped balls.
Yep, welcome to the part where I tell you I’m “different”.
Tell me where you are now, and I’ll help you figure out the right place to start.
Step 2: Planning it out
I’ll take everything I learned in Step 1 and turn it into a clear plan for the site.
That includes positioning, content priorities, structure, and a practical roadmap for the build.
We'll review it together and make adjustments before I build anything.
Estimated time: 1 - 2 weeks
I’ll design and implement the site while keeping you close to the decisions that matter.
Your input will shape the build as it happens, without turning the process into another full-time job.
Estimated time: 1- 4 weeks
Step 3: We build
Estimated time: 1 - 2 weeks
We’ll go over your shiny new site together so you know how it works and how to keep it updated.
I’ll answer your questions and make sure you feel confident using it before I hand over the reins.
Step 4: You ride off into the sunset
We’ll start by getting clear on you, your work, and what the site needs to accomplish.
I’ll ask plenty of questions to crystallize what makes your work different.
I’ll review your existing online presence, look at your competitors, and learn enough about your field to speak your language.
Estimated time: 1 - 4 weeks
Step 1: Getting to know you
Ready to get started?
From our first conversation to a site you can confidently use, I’ll keep the process clear and manageable.
How it works
We’ll take it
step by step.
Need something beyond a standard site? I can also build custom functionality like quizzes, communities, courses, ecommerce, integrations, apps, and databases.
Advanced Functionality: Custom Quote
Already have a site? I can help with strategy, messaging, structure, design improvements, troubleshooting, or figuring out what’s worth tackling next.

The first step is a conversation about your goals, what’s happening now, and whether I’m the right person to help.
Yes, the chat is free! No hard sell. No mystery invoices. No giant surprise proposals. No pressure to commit to more than you actually need.
The price is tied to what you need and what you don't:
"So, what's it gonna cost me?"
P.S: If you're feeling stressed, definitely check out Amy's slow drawing workshops!
What it’s like to work with me:
Amy Maricle
Founder, Mindful Art Studio
He is very available for questions and clarifications, and has been thoughtful and thorough.
He also translated his tech solutions into clear, understandable language.
Good tech help with someone who is an excellent communicator, is reliable, and who delivers on time is hard to come by, I highly recommend Ky.
From my first consult with Ky, he was incredible to work with.
If you do work you’re proud of, your website should make that value obvious.
It should showcase your expertise without giving you the heeby jeebies.
And yes, that’s absolutely possible.
Get in touch.
Bottom Line:
Will I be able to update the site myself afterward?
Yes. In fact, I think it's critical.
Before we wrap up, we will go through the finished site together so you understand how it works and how to keep it current.
I will recommend tools that fit the level of independence you want. And if you would rather not be the person making every future update, I am always happy to help with strategy, troubleshooting, improvements, and ongoing support.
Can you help with special functionality or more than “just a website”?
Absolutely. In fact, building the extra pieces that make a website genuinely useful is one of my strengths.
I can help you think through what needs to happen, choose the right tools, and actually build it: a newsletter connection, product sales, a course, membership, application process, appointment scheduling, community, quiz, calculator, or a behind-the-scenes system that ties it all together.
If there is something special you are trying to make happen, tell me about it. I love a good “Can this even be done?” question.
Can you improve the website I already have?
Often, yes. Sometimes a few focused improvements can make a big difference. Other times, the existing platform or structure is making life harder than it needs to be, and a rebuild is the smarter choice.
Either way, I will give you an honest recommendation. I am not here to sell you a whole new site when a thoughtful repair will do.
How long does a website project take?
Most projects take a few weeks from our first working conversation to launch. The exact timeline depends on the scope, how much strategy and content development is needed, and how quickly we can make decisions together.
You will always receive a clear project plan and realistic timeline before we begin. No mystery deadlines. No vanishing into a black hole for three months.
Can you help people find my website on Google?
Yes. A strong website gives search engines a much clearer understanding of what you do, who you serve, and when to show your work to the right people.
I build search-friendly structure, clear page hierarchy, useful content, and the technical basics into the work from the start. I will not promise you the number-one spot for every keyword, because nobody ethical can guarantee that. But I can help you create a site that the right people find easily.
What if I have a small question or need help after launch?
You do not need a giant project to ask for help. I offer strategy and support at $150 per hour for things like troubleshooting, messaging, design improvements, platform decisions, and figuring out what to tackle next.
Send me a message, tell me what is going on, and we will figure out whether I am the right person to help.
Frequently Asked Questions
What platforms do you work with?
Lots of them. I have worked with Carrd, Kajabi, Showit, GenPage, Swipe Pages, WeWeb, Wix, Squarespace, Circle, Adalo, Softr, Glide, and plenty of other tools.
More importantly, I do not believe every problem needs the same platform. Part of my job is helping you choose the tech stack (i.e. software services) that makes sense for your goals, budget, current setup, and appetite for managing things yourself. Sometimes that means building something new. Sometimes it means making your existing setup work much better.
Do I need to have all my copy, photos, and branding ready before we start?
Nope. I can help you shape the message, decide what information belongs where, and figure out what photos or other materials will be most useful.
If you already have great copy, a clear brand, and a full folder of images, fantastic. If you do not, we will make a plan to get there without letting it become a giant, overwhelming homework assignment.
No problem! Send me a message and I’ll clear things up.
