The right tools.
The right reasons.
Uncommonly good results.
Whether you're starting from scratch or rethinking your current setup, I'll help you choose the right technology, design how everything works together, and create a clear path from where you are to where you want to be.
Digital Systems Design
Your digital tools should work together to support your goals, not become another collection of problems to manage.
Bottom Line:
Going grocery shopping when you're hungry is a bad idea. You grab whatever looks good, drawn in by colorful packaging and cravings.
You get home, eat a snack, and wonder what you were thinking. You spent a lot of money, but somehow you still don't have the ingredients for a proper meal.
Choosing software can be a lot like grocery shopping when you're hungry.
You need a website, so you pick a website builder. You need to manage clients, so you sign up for a CRM. Then comes an email platform, a scheduling tool, and pretty soon your cart's overflowing.
Each one seemed like a good idea at the time.
But before long, you've got a collection of tools that don't work particularly well together, and you're spending a lot of your time transferring information from one to the next. The goals you started with take a back seat to keeping things on track.
The Problem
Technology works best when it works together. An intentionally designed setup will save you time, money, and frustration.
Bottom Line:
Pick the recipe, then go shopping.
Start with what you want to accomplish, then figure out what you need to get there. Some ingredients are worth splurging on. For others, the house brand will do just fine. The magic happens when everything comes together.
Of course, choosing the right ingredients isn't always easy, especially when comparison shopping isn't your jam.
That's where I come in.
Together, we'll figure out what you need your technology to do, then choose the tools that make sense for your goals and budget. We'll look at what you already have, what could work better with a few changes, and where something new could make a difference.
Most importantly, I'll help you put everything in place and make sure it works well together.
The Solution
02 - I Get to Work
01 - Let's Talk
03 - Report Delivery & Review Meeting
We'll spend about 90 minutes together, in person or virtually, discussing your organization, your goals, and how you currently use technology.
If you already have digital systems in place, we'll walk through them together to understand what's working, what's not, and where there may be opportunities to improve.
I'll research your options and design a recommended digital setup tailored to your goals, budget, and way of working.
That might mean keeping tools you already have, connecting them more effectively, replacing something that's no longer serving you, or introducing something new.
I'll document my findings, recommendations, and a practical plan for putting everything into place.
We'll meet to review the proposed setup, discuss your options, and make any necessary adjustments.
You'll come away with a clear understanding of what I recommend, why I recommend it, and what it will take to make it happen.
If you'd like, I can also help you implement the plan as a separate project.

I, Kyan Lynch, solemnly vow to act and talk like a normal person. I will not use the words 'synergize', 'revolutionize', or 'cutting-edge AI'.
I will not use jargon to sound intelligent, make you feel like you should know more than you do, or justify a higher bill.
I promise to be transparent and unbiased with recommendations, choosing what makes the most sense for you, not what's trendy, unnecessarily complicated, or fun for me to build.
