How it Works
What kinds of questions can I ask?
Anything related to the technology you use for your work! From websites and software to automations, cybersecurity, and digital strategy, I'm here to help you make informed decisions and solve problems.
How does billing work?
Membership costs $499 per year, billed annually. You can cancel future renewals at any time and continue enjoying your benefits through the end of your paid membership period.
Absolutely! Hands-on work is available as a separate service, and members receive 10% off my custom consulting and implementation services.
Can you make changes to my website or systems for me?
Is there really no limit to the number of questions?
That's right! Ask as often as you'd like. Membership includes personalized advice and recommendations, but not extensive research, hands-on troubleshooting, or implementation.
How quickly will I get answers?
I typically respond to questions within two business days. More complex questions may take a little longer.
What kinds of technology can you help me with?
Quite a lot! From websites, software, and automations to client portals, digital workflows, and custom tools, I work with a wide range of technologies. I'm more interested in understanding what you're trying to accomplish than limiting you to a particular list of software.
